- What we collect
- Your contact details, address, energy use, the appliances you want to back up, photos of your electrical panel and property, and any utility bills you upload.
- Why
- Only so Prairie Power Kits's design team can size and quote your solar system. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
- Account numbers
- We don't keep your utility account number. When we read your bills automatically, account numbers are removed from anything we store. The original file is kept private and only Prairie Power Kits's team can open it.
- Automated reading
- We use an AI service to read usage from bills and ratings from panel photos. You'll see what it read and can correct it before submitting.
- Who can see it
- Prairie Power Kits's design and sales staff, and the service providers that host this form. Your files are never public.
- Your choices
- You can ask us to delete everything at any time using the "Request deletion" link in any email we send you, or by writing to hello@prairiepower.test. Unfinished intakes are deleted automatically after 90 days.
